Your Profile
You will have previously had direct involvement with SEO campaigns and Organic Search With a good overall knowledge of search and digital media you will have a good undertsanding of the full digital marketing mix, although with a core focus being SEO. Experience running search campaigns specifically on Google, Yahoo Marketing, MSN platforms would be beneficial. You will have experience using a range of SEO ranking tools including Web Position Gold and keyword research and planning tools including Keyword Discovery. You will be able to demonstrate a good technical understanding, potentially coming from a development background. Must be client facing and able to deliver pitches and presentations Client services/account management skills essential Outgoing, confident, articulate – good interpersonal skills. Experience of managing people / small team would also be advantageous.
The Role
To oversee the management and delivery of highly successful Search Engine Optimisation strategies for our clients and grow the service offering within the group. Operational management across all designated Search Engine Optimisation projects in conjunction with existing Senior Search Consultants Oversee account management of designated SEO projects Responsibility across all SEO implementation techniques to include:
- Keyword research and planning
- Competitor research
- On-site optimisation strategies to include keyword mapping, Title and meta copywriting and indexing techniques
- Off-site optimisation strategies – link building, online PR co-ordination
Liaison with clients and internal departments across the entire campaign delivery process Contribution to new business enquiries involving SEO including pitch presenting where required in conjunction with existing Senior Search Consultants Auditing digital media executive’s SEO output to ensure quality of output is maintained and targets exceeded Ensuring sustained profitability across designated SEO projects Optimise ongoing campaigns to meet and exceed client’s performance objectives. Ensure proper tracking mechanisms are implemented to ensure campaign “success metrics” are appropriately measured. Assessing web analytics data and historical campaign data to create ROI performance planning and benchmarks targeting. Ensure Production of regular web stat and campaign reports for clientsare carried out. Contribute to any outbound marketing and PR strategies focusing around SEO Training of digital media executives and building knowledge of SEO within the group. Development of tools and templates to assist the efficiency of our SEO strategies
