| Job Description | Head of Search - Leading Agency - Digital Media upto 50k Basic + Benefits Your Profile You will be at the forefront of digital media with an outstanding knowledge on the key search disciplines of PPC and SEO and how both disciplines work in tandem or alone. You will have experienced working on key accounts within an agency and understand the advertising and marketing disciplines. Search and digital media will be your passion,you will understand its key impact on today\'s media world and have great ideas on where you can take it moving forward. The Role Leading by example you will be responsible for the full search strategy in to the agencies key clients and new prospected clients. You will be responsible for the key performance areas of the department delivering on profitability of both the agency and clients, staff performance, growth and development and ultimately taking the search side of the agency\'s business forward.
